Delphine advises and represents French and international companies in pre-litigations, litigations and arbitrations. She also assists her clients in mediation and other alternative dispute resolution procedures.

Prior to joining Fierville Ziadé, Delphine acquired a solid experience in litigation and arbitration at Dechert LLP, where she assisted major French and foreign groups in matters relating to various sectors over a period of seven years. In addition, Delphine took part in a major investigation in the context of the alleged commission of acts of corruption. Delphine has also worked in the Legal Department of the Renault Group, where she developed expertise in negotiating strategic commercial partnerships. Equipped with the knowledge and skills acquired through her experience in private practice and in-house, Delphine is always searching for pragmatic solutions that are aligned with the business challenges faced by her clients.

Delphine holds a Master 2 degree in Business and Economic Law and a Magisterium degree in Law of Economic Activities from the University of Paris I (Panthéon-Sorbonne). She also received an L.L.M. in International Business Law from the University of King’s College in London. Delphine teaches legal English at the University of Paris I (Panthéon-Sorbonne).

Delphine is fluent in French and English.
